R-Wall® Continuous Insulation

R-Wall Continuous Insulation is made from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and embedded with 25-gauge galvanized steel furring strips. These furring strips are embedded at either 16" or 24" on center. When using Z-furring, there is direct contact with the exterior wall, which reduces the insulation's R-factor due to thermal bridging. With our patented design, there is no thermal bridging because of its embedded steel furring strips, providing for much greater energy performance. Available in 4' x 8' panels, R-Wall provides a superior alternative to traditional Z-furring systems.

R-Wall® Neopor®

R-Wall Continuous Insulation panels can also be manufactured using BASF Neopor® graphite polystyrene (GPS) — a rigid thermal insulation — with 25-gauge steel furring strips (G-60) embedded at either 16" or 24" on center.
